A great day at Parkgate Juniors!

🐾 Welcome Maggie to the Dog Mentor Family! 🧡

I was at Parkgate Junior School in Watford today to welcome another wonderful new Dog Mentor to our family!

The lovely Maggie was joined by her owner Kellie, who is also the school's Headteacher.

We had a fantastic day together exploring how Maggie can become part of everyday school life and the many different ways she can support the children and wider school community.

It was wonderful to see such enthusiasm for the programme and particularly lovely to have the Headteacher leading the way as Maggie's owner. Having that commitment and understanding at the heart of the school provides such a strong foundation for a successful Dog Mentor journey.

Maggie is going to be a fantastic addition to Parkgate Junior School and I can't wait to see the difference she makes to the children and staff.

Another brilliant day with a lovely new Dog Mentor team! 🧡🐾
