Today, Jenny Sleath visited the lovely Ysgol Gymraeg CwmbrĆ¢n, a Welsh-medium primary school where th

e amazing Pegi is making such a difference as their Dog Mentor šŸ¶šŸ§”


Jenny met Headteacher and owner Catrin, along with fantastic handlers Eli and Sophie. The school joined the programme in 2023, and Jenny was back to see how theyā€™ve been getting on ā€” and what a brilliant visit it was!


The photos from today show Pegi and Sophie, Eli and Pegi getting ready to go into class, and a pupil heading out for a walk with Pegi and her handler Eli. Such lovely moments that capture just how well this team works together.


Jenny also had to brush up on her Cymraeg, as clever little Pegi is bilingual ā€” all her commands are in Welsh! šŸ—£ļøšŸ¾
