š¾ Welcome Stanley to the Dog Mentor Family! š§”
I was at Reepham Primary School near Norwich today to welcome their new Dog Mentor team ā Stanley and his owner Amy.
It was also lovely to have our new Dog Mentor Research Manager, Ella, join us for the day. A huge thank you to Ella for all of her support and input throughout the training. It was fantastic to have her there and I'm really excited about everything we'll achieve together through our growing research programme.
It was a lovely day and there is something very special about Reepham Primary School. There is such a warm, caring atmosphere throughout the school and I know it's about to become even more special with the introduction of Stanley. He has a fantastic future ahead of him and I can't wait to hear all about the positive impact he is going to have. š§”

When kids build confidence through hands-on activities it makes the whole learning process feel more alive and meaningful. And honestly, the value of solid research skills doesnāt just stop there, but it keeps showing up later in higher education too. Especially for students doing a nursing research proposal, where thoughtful scheduling and real critical thinking are key, not just nice to have.
