🐾 A Very Special Day at 4Pureheart 🧡

I was back at 4Pureheart near Bolton today to work with two young people, Poppy and Kayleigh, and support them in learning how to work alongside their Dog Mentor, Olive. Olive and her owner Gaz joined the programme in 2023 and it was absolutely amazing to be back and see the incredible work Olive is doing.

The positive impact she has on everyone she comes into contact with is so clear. Today we worked on lots of the aspects of the programme that make it so special, in particular compassion, confidence building and communication. Seeing those moments of connection and progress is exactly what this programme is all about.

It was a very special day and a different one, something that always reminds me what The Dog Mentor is aiming to achieve. 🧡
