Rupert starts work in a second school!

🐾 A Familiar Face to Start a Busy Week! 🧡

To start what is going to be a busy week, I was at Featherby Infant and Junior School in Gillingham today and our Dog Mentor was already a familiar face!

The wonderful Rupert joined the programme before the summer break as part of his other owner’s school so it was brilliant to see him again and welcome another team who will be working alongside him.

Rupert’s owner Beth was joined by a fantastic team of Dog Professionals — Amanda, Elke, Sam and Kelly — as well as Headteacher Emma. There was so much enthusiasm for the programme and we had a great day exploring how Rupert can support the children and become part of everyday life across the school.

I was also joined by Di for the day. It’s always good to have Di with me and her support was very much appreciated!

A fantastic school, a brilliant team and a Dog Mentor we already know is pretty special. What a great way to start the week! 🧡🐾
